DISSERTATION RESEARCH

Nicole’s primary research interests lie in the area of team processes (e.g. trust), leadership, diversity and interdisciplinary collaboration.  Her thesis examines the influence of performance feedback on the development of intragroup trust in interdisciplinary and homogenous teams.
